Royalty Free Lifetime Use:
Royalty Free means no recurring royalty payments due, each download can be purchased for a flat rate with a lifetime license for use under the terms of the agreement.
All ArtInSeconds licenses are non-exclusive and non-transferable.
By purchasing ArtInSeconds artwork, you are purchasing a license to use the artwork, not ownership of the artwork. ArtInSeconds retains all copyrights. ArtInSeconds has the right to change or modify the Terms & Conditions at any time, without providing notice to buyers.
Acceptable Personal and Commercial Use:
Any type of physical products: examples; Print on demand products, T-shirts, Apparel, Home Decor Products, Physical Art Prints, Canvases, Paper Stickers and Stationary.
Marketing Materials, Advertising, Social Media Marketing, Online Ads, Book covers, instructional and educational materials.
Logos, Banners, Headers, Business Cards, Promotional Materials.
Non-acceptable uses:
The license does not grant any copyrights. All ArtInSeconds artwork is copyright of ArtInSeconds and cannot be claimed as your own.
You may not share, resell, trade, give away for free or redistribute our original digital files and claim as your own: examples; Graphic downloads, paper pack collections, digital printables, digital wallpapers, digital scrap-booking, freebie image downloads, free image giveaways, digital resale of the file.
You cannot use our images for unlawful use.
Indemnification clause
By using our art the customer accepts that ArtInSeconds. and it’s artist is indemnified from any lawsuits that might arise from any business activities, which in any way or form relate to products carrying the art sold by ArtInSeconds.
